Cancellation Policy: We have a 48-hr cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours prior to 3pm day of arrival to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of one night’s stay. The policy for JERICHO ATV festival is a 14-day cancellation policy you must cancel before 3PM 14 days’ prior of your arrival date.
If you are canceling after the 14-day period, you will be charged full price for the stay. The policy for SPECIAL EVENTS other than Jericho ATV festival is a 7-day cancellation policy you must cancel before 3PM 7 days’ prior of your arrival date. If you are canceling after the 7-day period, you will be charged full price for full stay. All guests who book for special event weekends will be charged at the 14-day mark for Jericho ATV festival and the 7 Day mark for all other special events.
